OUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES

There is a grace period of 5 minutes for new clients.

COVID-19 policy if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid19 please cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours
-
If you are experiencing Covid symptoms on the day or your appointment and have not canceled we will be charged the full amount of the appointment, however you will be able to reschedule after 14 days. We will not proceed with the appointment that day for the safety and health of all.

Reschedules must be made 24 hours before appointment scheduled Time, and must be within 2 weeks of original date. If no other dates available.

Same day Rescheduling/ rescheduling less than 24 hours of service is 100% as we send reminders 48 hours in advance via text and email.

Same day cancellation less than 24 hours of appointment is 100% charge.

Current/returning clients must arrive to scheduled appointments on time.

Appointments less then 45 minutes have no grace period.

If client arrives late and the esthetician has a client immediately following, same day rescheduling fee is valid.

Clients must be over the age of 18 for any advanced facial, waxing.

Facials are available for minors ages 12-17 but a parent or guardian must sign on child’s name behalf.

No additional guests are allowed at appointments in the service room, or waiting area.

If you have any signs of any possibly contagious sickness, you will be canceled and charged 100% for not canceling.

Children (all ages) who aren’t being serviced are not allowed at appointments.

Please keep in mind results vary; every face shape, eye shape etc are different.

If client did not notify staff or management of Taychante Beauty & Esthetics of being late, and arrives outside of grace period this is considered a No Call No Show/ NCNS and charged 100% of service fee.

No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file. If client confirmed appointment, didn’t show up and contacted any employee of Taychante Beauty & Esthetics immediately after being charged this is still considered a no call no show.

Please note if the payment card on file declines, Taychante Beauty & Esthetics will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business but of the signer of this agreement.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down), deposits are still nonrefundable and prepaid service plans are nonrefundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposits goes toward appointment only.

Once you leave your scheduled appointment you are acknowledging that the service was completed and expectations met.

Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, client has been informed of possible benefits, risks, and complications of treatment and agrees to service.

Clients must agree to follow post care/aftercare treatment plan and or product suggestions from the Taychante Beauty & Esthetics professional.

In the event of any medical concerns post treatment, client agrees to contact medical professional and follow up with Taychante Beauty & Esthetics service provider.

Client agrees to give an accurate account of medical history, current medications, allergies, and any products used topically or by ingestion.

Any open wounds, cuts, sores, etc on the service area per TDLR, my Esthetician can not perform any service on said area.
